This committee is responsible for the review and approval all property improvements, structures, landscaping or planting. | ||

Responsibilities include interfacing with the Sheriff's office and coordinating and conducting alert notification tests on a regular basis with the Sheriff's help | ||

Includes monitoring
the front entranceway – Possible duties include design and labor to re-plant the end caps of the islands 2 or 3 times a year. Committee could also form a plan for some holiday decorating. |
