The deed restrictions are in a document called "Bridlewood at Tarpon Woods Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions". It is recorded in Plat Book 103 pages 4-6 in the official land records of Pinellas County. I don't know what is actually on pages 4 to 6, since the complete document is many, many pages long, but all official info is available at the property appraiser's office on Rt 19, behind the Olive Garden, south of Curlew Rd.
The way that it works is that the original document, developed at the time of the birth of the community, remains intact and unchanged as part of the record. All changes and updates are ADDED on to the original document in the form of amendments. I understand that there have not been many changes to the original documents.
A copy of the Deed Restriction document is available for $ 35 from Management and Associates (See the "contacts" web page) or free if you download it from this website. Any prospective home seller must present the new buyer with a copy of the Deed Restrictions. This is also true for 'sell by owner'.
People who buy houses are supposed to be provide with a copy of this by the seller or the seller's realtor. That may not happen if you don't know to ask for it and then follow up with the realtor. Once you have moved in it may be quite hard to get that info. I have not discovered any place where this document is kept on computer disk.
