Meeting Dates
There are two types of meetings.
There is one meeting
per year of all residents, and one meeting per month of the
Board of Directors. Residents are welcome to attend any
of the meetings.
| The monthly Board of Directors meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at the East Lake Fire and Rescue Station, 1555 Tarpon Lakes Blvd., Palm Harbor. Signs announcing the meetings will be posted at each entrance to the neighborhood a day or two before the meetings. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. While this is a Board of Directors meeting, there is an “Open Forum” item on the agenda where we encourage residents to let us know what’s on their mind and to offer any input they may have with regard to decisions before the Board. Meetings usually last from one to two hours depending on the amount of business to be conducted. You can review the MINUTES OF PAST MEETINGS. |
| The 2008 annual meeting was held Monday, October 20, 2008 at 6:30 pm at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection at
1555 Windmill Pointe Rd. in Palm Harbor.
That is the church at East Lake Road and Ridgemoor Blvd.
Officers take attendance to be sure that a quorum is present.
